Well to add content to the site use the Easy Edit button at the top of the page and start adding the content you wish to add.
I would suggest practicing on your profile page before adding general pages onto the site. The controls are pretty intuitive and very easy to learn.
If you still need help watch the tutorial videos, and direct any questions you have to some of the other members of the site by posting bulletins such as this.
Another good tip is to view and edit pages with Firefox. And when you add photos or videos to a page, it is automatically stored in the proper section of the site and can be reused on any other page. On another note, a photo or video someone else added to the site can also be reused on diff pages. Keep that in mind. Anyway, feel free to add things you feel are useful and full of information.
